INCLUDED SERVICES IN THE WINTERSEASON

• Video-monitored ski room with heated ski boot dryer for safe and comfortable storage of your winter sports equipment

• Our "Special" for you in the winter season: Exclusively for our guests 10% discount on ski/ snowboard rental at the Ski Service Centre Hubert Kröll, book on site or right here. If you rent your ski equipment (skis/snowboards and ski boots) there, the depot is free of charge and if you bring your own skis/snowboards, you get 10% discount on the depot.

• Wellness: Use of the Finnish sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin (opening hours: Sunday to Friday from 16:00 to 20:00) - towels are available in the sauna area

• Fluffy bathrobes and bath slippers on loan for the duration of your stay

• Use of the fitness room - towels and disinfectants are available

• Included for arrivals on Saturdays during the winter season: changing rooms and showers for early arrivals (pre-booking at least 2 days before arrival!) or late departures (only with pre-booking on site!) as well as luggage storage before check-in and after check-out

• Free high-speed Wi-Fi (glass fibre) throughout the house

• Our lounge area is particularly popular for groups or several apartments belonging together. You can either bring your own drinks (no food!) or help yourself at our drinks cooling system.

• Overnight stays in fully equipped, cosy apartments in a first-class location in Mayrhofen. The initial equipment of the apartments includes beds covered with bed linen, bath and hand towels, cosmetic tissues, cosmetic products, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tabs, sponge, dish towels, Wettex dish towel;

• To ensure that you can really enjoy your holidays, 5 times a week rubbish removal, towel change and refilling of toilet paper (except Sundays, Wednesdays and public holidays) as well as twice a week floor cleaning are part of our service.

• For a stay of 8 nights or longer a change of bed linen is included
