BOOKING TERMS

First of all, we would like to inform you that in the winter season, especially in the high season, the apartments are only rented out on a weekly basis (from Saturday to Saturday).

ARRIVAL DAY - WINTER SEASON:

• Valid for Saturday in the winter season: The apartments are usually available from 3:00 pm. We ask you to arrive between 3.00 pm and 9.00 pm. Exclusively on Saturdays in winter: Changing room and showering facilities for early arrivals (pre-booking at least 2 days before arrival!) or late departures (only with pre-booking on site!) as well as luggage storage before check-in and after check-out; If you will arrive later than 9 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.

• Valid for Monday to Friday during the winter season: The apartments are usually ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm. However, we kindly ask you to arrive between 5.00 pm and 8.00 pm. Earlier arrival is also possible on prior request.

• Valid for Sunday in the winter season: Check-in is not possible before 5.00 pm.

• In general, we kindly ask you to inform us about your approximate time of arrival.

ARRIVAL DAY - SUMMER SEASON:

• Valid from Monday to Saturday during the summer season: The apartments are usually at your disposal from 3.00 pm. However, we kindly ask you to arrive between 5.00 pm and 8.00 pm. Earlier arrival is also possible on prior request.

• Valid for Sunday in the summer season: Check-in is not possible before 5.00 pm.

• In general, we kindly ask you to inform us about your approximate time of arrival.

DEPARTURE DAY: We kindly ask you to leave the apartments until 10.00 am. Late Check-out until 6.00 pm: Only possible at short notice, on request, depending on availability during the summer season, for a fee of € 20,- per person.

OFFER: Offers made are based on the current reservation status and are not binding.

DEPOSIT: For a binding reservation, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total price per apartment. This amount must be paid within 7 days after the written booking confirmation. Either by credit card details (Visa or Mastercard) or transferred free of charge for the recipient to the following bank account:

DEPOSIT for last-minute bookings: For last-minute bookings (8 days or less before arrival) the deposit must be received on our account within 3 days or withdrawn from your credit card.

Please note: If we do not receive the deposit within 7 days after the written booking confirmation or within 3 days after written confirmation in case of last-minute bookings, we consider the reservation as invalid!

PAYMENT: We kindly ask you to pay your bill on arrival by cash, EC card, Visa or Mastercard. You are welcome to transfer the total amount to our bank account before arrival.

PETS: For hygienic reasons pets are not allowed.

PRICES: The listed rates are indicative rates and vary daily depending on availability. The apartment prices are per apartment for 2 persons (or for 4 persons in apartment type III 63m²) excluding final cleaning charge, local tax and meals, including all "Apparthotel König - Inclusive services in WINTER" or "Apparthotel König - Inclusive services in SUMMER" (depending on season). All prices are in EURO. For a stay of up to two nights, a short stay surcharge of € 10,- per person and night will be charged.

LOCAL TAX: The local tax is a legal duty from the age of 15 years and amounts to € 2.20 per person/night (subject to legal changes) and is not included in the apartment price.

FINAL CLEANING CHARGE: Studio (26m2) € 45 | Apartment type I (36m2) € 55 | Apartment type II (46m2) € 60 | Apartment type III (63m2) € 80

CANCELLATION POLICY:

There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Chap. 1 Z. 10 for distance and off premises contracts, instead the General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel Industry apply (ABGH 2006):

- Up to 3 months (90 days) before the date of arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge

- 3 months to 1 month (90 - 31 days) before the day of arrival we charge 40%

- 1 month to 1 week (30 days to 8 days) before the day of arrival 70%

- in case of cancellation within the last week (7 days to 1 day) before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price will be charged.

In case of non-arrival without cancellation (no-show) 100% of the total package price will be charged. In case of early departure the full amount of the invoice excluding local tax will be charged. There will be no refund. Cancellations are only accepted in written form. In case of early cancellation, the deposit will of course be returned immediately in accordance with our cancellation conditions. When booking through a booking platform, the cancellation policy of the specific platform applies.

To cover yourself we recommend concluding a travel in insurance from “Europäische Reiseversicherung AG”. You will find more information about this below under travel insurance. 

COVID-19 CANCELLATION INFORMATION

In case...

• your home country issues a travel warning with subsequent quarantine regulations for the whole region of Tyrol or the Zillertal and you are unable to travel because of the subsequent quarantine regulations, we will refund your deposit back to you.
• on the day of your arrival, the border of your home country or the Austrian border is closed or there is a second "lockdown" in your home country or in Austria and you are therefore prevented from travelling or we are unable to accommodate you, we will either offer you a credit note with the value of your deposit or refund your deposit back to you.
• If you or your fellow travelers fall ill with Covid-19 and are therefore unable to travel, we would like to draw your attention to the following concession of the Europäische Reiseversicherung (due to the good case numbers, not to see Corona "as a pandemic" (insurance exclusion) - although it is still proclaimed, but instead "like a flu". More detailed information about this can be found below.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

In order to avoid financial disadvantages in case of cancellation or early departure, but also for more security during your holiday in Austria, we recommend taking out Hotelstorno Plus (incl. helicopter rescue) or Hotelstorno Premium (incl. helicopter rescue and accident package) insurance, from Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. COVID-19 and travel insurance: The concession of the Europäische Reiseversicherung, due to the good case numbers, to "not see Covid-19 as a pandemic" (insurance exclusion) - although it is still proclaimed, but "like a flu" is described in this additional information. Whether you cannot go on holiday at all or have to return earlier - protect yourself and simply book the travel insurance as well. CONTAMINATION OR DAMAGE: In case of special contamination (especially kitchen) the host reserves the right to charge double the final cleaning fee. Guests are liable for any damage caused by themselves during their stay in our house.
